a) Fitness & Health Questionnaire
Review of your health & fitness questionnaire during a 60-minute conversation with Krista. Topics reviewed include: existing fitness routine, nutrition habits, medical and injury history plus discussing setting your primary goal using the "SMART" system.
b) Goal Setting
Krista will provide mini weekly and monthly health & fitness goals to keep you on track for achieving your primary goal.
c) Lifestyle Strategy Tools
Krista will teach and educate you on various tools that can be used daily and weekly to ensure you receive the results you want.
d) Customized Fitness Program
Your health & fitness program will be customized to meet your primary goal, and work with your lifestyle to ensure a healthy work-life balance. You will receive your program on a weekly basis and may include any combination of the following: cardio training, strength training, nutrition guidance, relaxation techniques and mental training exercises.
e) Email Communication
Have questions about your program or health & fitness overall? Contact Krista via email and receive replies within 24 hours.
f) Phone Appointments
Check in with Krista once a week to discuss how your week went, identify any upcoming challenges and celebrate the week's accomplishments Phone calls are client initiated, 20 minutes long and are to be booked with Krista in advance.
